Art to celebrate the season with Shop and Gallery Manager Angel Monteagudo, who is also an experienced make-up artist.  This is a beginners class to face painting.  Learn pro techniques, tips and tricks.  Thursday, October 25, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Class Fee – $50 includes step-by-step instruction, materials and refreshments/snacks.  Angel will be using the MAC water activated makeup, which is a delight to use for face painting.  Enjoy this class for preparing for the November 2nd Dios de los Muertos Lighted Procession down Broadway.  Also some great ideas for Halloween!

“La Cocina” along with Sol Treasures is hosting “Dia deLos Muertos, an illuminated Procession,” a lighted parade honoring our ancestors.  The procession will travel the entire length of Broadway in King City and will end in a venue of dance, good, music, and ceremony.  It will be held in conjunction to our exhibit in the Sol Treasures Gallery, “Honoring our Ancestors” Exhibition.
